Try again later and also verify your credentials in server connect database connection.

Check if all credentials and connection settings are the same in the digital oceans dashboard.

Also maybe the database cluster access is restricted, you can control access there as well.

You need to download the Cert from DO and then select Verify SSL Certificate and add the path to the Cert in your second screenshot.

Well seems you have the wrong address of tge database in your server connect database connection.

So switch to the target and make sure the right connection settings are in there

I found the error, just clicked deploy again and it worked
