Unfortunately there isn’t. There was talk about contributors doing some template type stuff a couple years or so ago. But there just wasn’t enough demand/interest in them so it never took off.
I wonder why nobody wants to charge something ) I would gladly pay for some bootstrap wappler template

There just isn’t the interest in pre-built templates. Wappler makes it easier to build from scratch than to fight with trying to alter something.
What are you looking for in particular? Maybe someone will step up and get you started for a price. But again, you will gain more by learning to do it from scratch. Even if you had a template, you would still need to know how Wappler works anyways.
