progress is not running but actual download is happening and prompting to install…

Damn our new S3 CDN hosting worldwide is too fast! Seems download is done before the progress got the chance to start!

you mean before they start to reach 1 file is downloaded? i thought its a bug, i was waiting for the progress to start then all of a sudden i got notification to install
Yes indeed, now we have to do additional check if the file is already downloaded before we start with the progress
So a bit fine tuning
