Docker Daemon error. Help

I’m trying to create a new docker based project, but cannot make it due to this problem. Can somebody help me about it?

Seems you have some internet connectivity issues, check your connection

This is what appears when I clicked the registry-1. Not sure if this is because I’m connected with my iPhone for internet connection?

Just an update just in case someone with this problem needs it. I just tried connecting thru regular wifi. All is now working. I just noticed that you could not connect to docker if you are using MacBook connected to an iPhone for internet connectivity.
