dmxStripe.js not added to parent layout

Expected behavior

should be added to a parent layout if the Stripe component is added to a content page.

Actual behavior

Not added

How to reproduce

Using a fresh layout and content page, add Stripe component to content page.

Sorry, yes to Node, and yes that it is linked. It looks like <script src="https://js.stripe.com/v3/" defer=""></script> was added but not dmxStripe.js
