Display warning for Define Template Data in PHP

Problem description

In PHP, clicking Define Template Data should display:
Define Template Data is only available in NodeJS!

Steps to reproduce

1. Click Define Template Data button.
2. No warning.

A little off topic but what does 'Template Data' do? Seems I can define it no problem in a PHP project (is that the bug?). But I have no way of testing it as I don't know what it does.

I am able to define variables in it but reopening it displays no saved variables.
