In the Wappler interface, what’s the difference between the ‘Upload’ up to the left and the ‘Publish’ down the bottom?
I have no idea what the official difference is between the two. The practical difference is: when I want to upload a file after a minor correction or modification, I use the Upload button. If the change involves multiple files, including JS and/or CSS, then I use the Publish button.
The Publish action goes through the whole site and uploads all of the changes files.

Upload in the files panel uploads the selected file(s) or folder(s).
Publish just uploads all the files, doing a full publish.
