But I’m confused as to how that came about… I had just created it within Wappler, and then saved it within Wappler a few times… and it was a .html during that time with a nice design view. Is it possible that Wappler somehow managed to drop the extension, or I did something in Wappler to do that by accident?
I didn’t do anything to the file to remove the extension in Windows Explorer…
Yes, I am just playing with it… so you create an empty html file, then do save as, and it does not default to .html or even give you the option to choose that… so not knowing the need to call it “test1.html” you just type “test1”. The Design view stays there though… until you close and re-open, and then you are just left with some white code!
For it to automatically save to .html in that scenario would be much more helpful to newbies like me!
