Define a global default folder for Wappler projects

Given the new feature to automatically suggest a site folder it would be handy to have a simple way to define a global default folder for wappler projects that isn't just sub to your documents folders.

this would allow all wapper sites to be under that folder for future reference much like you might store them all on a D drive rather than in your documents folder.

If you select a different folder than the default one suggested by Wappler it will be then remembered and used for the next projects you create.
