Video showing the bug
I've tried restarting both the app and the OS but the issue persists.
Video tutorial I've been following that also shows how it should actually behave (timestamp is set at 20:26)

Hi, is it working if you try to add the padding again in the Design panel, after it fails the first time?

Hello. Thank you for your reply. Yes it still fails after that.
You tried cache clearing. updating CSS files when cached can be a pain. Try hitting CTRL-F5 multiple times to force browser refresh

I just tried doing the same thing with a class and the padding in a different project and it works just fine. So for some reason it is doing this in that specific project.
