What’s the cause of this?
Well sometimes the system is too busy updating the system packages and leaves a lock file during that time. Some system repositories can react or are less accessible.
Usually it doesn’t take that long and we have many retries build it but those eventually time out if it takes too long.
You can try to run system check from the context menu of the server which will retry the operation.
