Connection timedout error in heroku?

I am getting this error in my Wappler project which is deployed to heroku. Project is working fine in localhost.

Also, I had recently changed all of my database connection of server actions to a digital ocean database.

Is there a solution for this ?

Have you added your Heroku ip to the trusted source of the Digital Ocean Managed Database?

if those are enabled

I did add the url in the trusted source, but it did not show up in there.

Also, I am getting this error in the heroku logs.
