Yes the server is running as I have other websites there.
I have tried an iis and a php server.
I am going to uninstall it and reinstall wappler.

after loosing all my hair (now cheaper to get an haircut) i have found the issue that i had, so better share with all of you.
For those people with older versions of SQL, create a sql connection as normal, then go to
Workflows, click on the datase connection, and change to the different version of SQL server.
all working now.
