Is there a way to be able to allow us at a user level to show/hide the Featured Showcases? They are really effecting load time and the very rarely change. I understand why they are there for new users, but they should be able to be turned off.
Or maybe just remove them altogether. With the new left side bar, showcases are just a click away for those that want to view them.
