Command Palette not working

When you try to use command palette, hints are not working. You type something and box still empty.

Type inside box.

Can someone confirm that is not only me?

"Is there a way to add a 'Comment' command to the submenu? It is frequently used to disable elements for testing purposes." On command palette was that command.
