Color Transparency

I can not find the transparency regulator in the design panel. Does it exist or do I have to act on the css?

Hi. Have you tried this in Design tab:

First scroll bar is for colour. Second is for opacity.

That’s right, every color picker has an opacity slider under the hue slider.
