Clicking on Data Formats does nothing

Problem description

Clicking on Data Formats does nothing.
I have tried with both experimental on and off.

4.3.1 cannot add dynamic events -- opens but blank

OK, managed to resolve the issue by restarting my PC.

I had not restarted after updating from 4.3.0 to 4.3.1, so maybe that had something to do with the issue, however, I have never needed to restart my PC before.
