Choose frameworks at project creation

When you create a new project, starter pages are created with using frameworks that aren’t what you would have picked and it is a pain to go through and change them (changing them in project settings only applies to pages created after that point)

Please make it so that you can pick your frameworks for the project before the initial pages are created or at least allow a preferred set to be chosen in Wappler core settings (or ideally both - a personalised setting for default frameworks which can be adjusted on project creation)

Everytime I have created a new project, not only I have had to remove and re-add the frameworks after creating the new project, I also modified/updated most of the settings under General and Targets tabs.

It would be very helpful if all or most of project settings are available when a new project is created, at least for the local dev target.
