Thinking of selling some of our custom themes in the near future. They take a lot of work to create so would ask a small fee... This would include any updates and advancements, and lots of new widgets across a wide range of business interests (which all render dynamic data!).
This demo is property related as you'll probably notice...
Let me know if this is something that interests you for a small price (which will simply cover development costs and lots of NEW widgets). Currently we have around 100 various widgets and are working on a Widget Creator tool, to be released soon!
Built to work with Wappler. Would include all the files required to use in Node, PHP, and bog standard HTML...
Some features:
Built on Bootstrap 5.
Light/Dark modes.
Automatically save new layouts.
Load and save your own layouts (requires a database connection).
Responsive and efficient.
Pure JavaScript and CSS (no trickery).
Chat functionality.
Settings panel.
Reset switch. + lots more too!
It's really a few Euro's just to cover a beer and a coffee for me and the business partner... I'm thinking about 10 Euros all in, with all the widgets, full support and access to hundreds of other widgets (unique to us as we designed every single one of them) and the pages that correspond with each widget, ie for accounts there are accounts pages for adding accounts and managing them, events management with Kanbans and some really nice calendars we designed (full schedulers etc), and dozens and dozens of other things besides. There is SOOOOO much to this as it has grown with each use case, and continues to expand, and naturally a generous discount to fellow Wappler users (as we'll probably dump the whole lot on Envato/Theme Forrest), and then if you can message me on here I'll apply discount codes.
Our feedback, all incredibly positive with lots of input all taken onboard, has been gained from a fixed pool of 100 selected Users from registrants within our platforms (of which several are quite important in the tech sector). We just got fed up with people asking for this and that on their dashboards and designing so many of them. Time came to allow them all to just get on with creating their own! Job done. Saves me hundreds of hours this way! Also using anything else other than fully responsive personalised environments feels like last century to be frank. Done with all that static stuff. So mundane hahahaha, and all the same! Etc etc, blah blah, yada yada.
Morning @Antony,
Yes have built it from the ground-up to support any server type. Purely JS and CSS. Wanted to avoid pigeonholing it to one type. The rest is simply bootstrap 5 default classes. Works great on all device types. We are in the process of converting it to a clean version as currently it is built for our back-end so am making that generic. Will then offer the theme. Won't take us long.
All of the above. Am rebuilding some features as are bespoke to our needs. We'll get it all working outside of our Projects and then post the full features list. Just wanted to dip my toe in the water to gauge a response. Am really chuffed you like it. And really do appreciate the likes and really nice feedback. We actually have half a dozen or so 'themes' like this, and a lot more assets to go with them. So may be the beginning of something hopefully... Its like our collection of 'blocks' which we must have hundreds of them, all Bootstrap based, or our own classes. And all built to be easily transferable to new Projects. In general they save us 50% or more of our workload as we don't repeat anything these days, ie create the same thing 100 times for a 100 Projects. We just fallback on our repository. I'll dig through that lot too.
This will require an accompanying Server Action which I will comment and try to make as generic as possible, providing the schema and Action files for all servers and database types. I'll also offer a version that can function via straight forward JSON too. That should cover most use cases.
What a great bit of kit that is - any idea on a timeline for it to become available?
10EU all in sounds a little too low tbh, considering how specialised this is it'll generate lower volume sales. What about charging a small fee based on a per widget basis? It would increase your revenues but also retain fair pricing for end users - its a win-win.
I've been told off by my wife and my business partner saying the same thing and blaming my 'open source mindset' for selling myself too low. I hate putting prices on things! I have no problem when face to face with a Client but in the online world 'between friends' I've always been the same way, and I consider the Wappler Community to be my friends... Thus at the very maximum it will be €20 (man that hurts bumping the price up) but I'll add a fair few extras for that and am working on them now.
Great minds think alike! Will also offer 'widget packs' at a very low price, these will be selections of widgets focused on specific business interests and services. That way can just bolt on the new widgets to provide for those...?
Am working through it over this weekend when my business partner comes up to rein me in on my shenanigans hahaha. I'm hoping next week should all be good to go. Will offer it in several guises so still may be available for €10 but won't include so much as originally planned, and I won't be going above €20 maximum, have had that argument this morning (the threat of no dinner and not speaking to me is to blame for this). I hope it's not too much! I truly hate going back on myself...
Hahahahaha... I have a raw bottom from the slaps I've taken this morning but am sure I can sort something out You do SOOOOOOOO much for all of us! If I can repay in anyway...
