Chart / columns, alternate and stack colors

I’m fairly new to charts and I don’t know if what I’m looking for is possible. I’d like to alternate colors every 3 columns on a chart:

Is this possible at all? The chart is created via a single query.

How to set the colour of a donut chart

How can I change the colour to a certain colour for a donut chart. eg. I want Male to show in Blue and Female to show in pink. does anyone have any ideas?? @Teodor It’s this question

Thanks @brad, it didn’t address my issue but at least now I know how to assign a specific color to a chart.
