My annual subscription will expire this evening. I've tried to change to monthly unsuccessfully. When trying to change from annual to monthly I am prompted that I have already subscribed to that plan. Any help on making this happen would be appreciated. Many thanks.
Are you sure you did that on https://account5.wappler.io/ and not just trying to purchase a new one? I just tested this and changed my subscription from yearly to monthly on the account website without any issue. Maybe you can share a screenshot?
I can't update your subscription, as you removed your card from your account.
