Change hidden/visible icons in bottom panel

In W7B16, this new UI was introduced, where restart and kill were hidden behind 3-dot-menu.

NodeJS server has been a bit unstable in the beta version - can't reproduce, so can't reliably report it - so these options are more relevant than the ones kept outside.

Options to install/update/clean packages is something that I have barely used - and hopefully same with other devs.
So the FR is to move the server options outside the 3-dot-menu, and instead move the package options in them. Also, this could be improved further with responsive hiding, based on available space. I am using Small scaling, so I have a lot of space and all the options could fit easily.

Do note that the square icon is server stop and then it turns to play icon. So you can easily stop and start the server. That makes the other restart and kill options barely used so i don’t think there is a good reason to move them out of the menu

Thats two clicks. Which I could do with a single click earlier.
Even now I have to do two click - one to open the hidden menu, and then click restart.

Its more of a productivity/UX issue.. as in why hide things, when there is space.

I would point out again that the three nodejs package icons are used even less. So they should be the one kept hidden.
