Can't run query if no condition is set

Expected behavior

What do you think should happen?

A simple query should run when clicking on the run button.

Actual behavior

What actually happens?

Nothing. Clicking on the button does nothing unless you also set a condition.

How to reproduce

Create a simple query and try to run the query.
Nothing happens.
Add a simple condition.
The query runs as it should.

I am experiencing the same issue. The query runs if there's a condition. Without any condition, when clicking to run a query, nothing happens.
