Is there a download somewhere for Beta 30. Just updated to 31 and immediately experienced a bunch of little bugs that I don't have time to report properly such as the properties panel not showing the correct properties when selecting an element and I couldn't delete an api action. I tried relaunching the app, no luck.

Reboot my computer just to see if that would help, no luck. Couple quick videos. I select elements, the properties don't change.
Can't delete api action that I copied and pasted into a file.
Thats assuming you are using windows. If not you can just change the download url for 31 and just change that to 30

just right click on the download link, then just change the number....

yeah you can always revert back by just copying the current download link URL and then just modifying the version number in it.

Found the problem with delete action and we will fix it asap in the update tomorrow.
However the other problem with properties inspector not refreshing, can't really reproduce, maybe something else is going on in this particular case. So more info and reproduction is needed
