wappler 7.7.8 has critical bug. can’t access lcoal sever in node project. I don’t know why in each update we’re getting these surprises???
Please explain in details what do you mean by “can’t access local server”?
Is your local server running? Is this the Wappler local server? Are you sure it runs on this port? Have you tried killing and restarting it?
Yes, I tried killing it but it shows running. When clicked on stop it’s supposed to stop, but it keeps on running.
I removed wappler completely and reinstalled from scratch. Now the problem is fixed.
So please provide steps to recreate the issue - when exactly does this happen? I am unable to recreate this locally.
check also the output panel in Wappler below - where the server logging is displayed - what do you see there?
Also were you able to use the server below - because I see you are using local https - so you have to have a local SSL certificate generated first to have it work. Did you follow the process with mkcert to generate those certificates?
See Local Development with HTTPS
Btw I also see you have a http link next to the https links - maybe just use a single one not both
I’m sharing screen recording to you as private message. Please have a look, may be you can find anything there.
I’m using this since project creation (i.e. Wappler 7.6.x). But issue occurred on Wappler 7.7.8
