Cannot read properties of null when closing some files

What do you think should happen?

Close a file and it just goes away. Seems this has been happening for the last few versions and I thought someone had reported it but couldn't find it.

What actually happens?

When I close some files they throw a cannot read properties of null error and then the page changes to an empty untitled page and can't be closed. Sometimes a page doesn't change to untitled but still can't be closed.

How to reproduce

Open several pages and then try closing some one after another.

I have come across a similar issue when closing pages, closing wappler or changing from one project to another. In my case, it seems the error mostly happens when Wappler renderer is using high memory.
