Cannot pick data binding from 'server side data'

Reproduce:

1. Create server action that outputs data, like:
   
2. Load server connect in ‘Server side data’ under ‘app’ in the layout OR content page
3. Use a data binding picker to try and get the output, it doesn’t show
4. Try to load the data by using code: <p>here value: {{value_in_serveraction}}</p> also doesn’t show anything
