Cannot differentiate general vs twitter description in meta tags

Expected behavior

I should be able to view the difference between the general description and the Twitter description in the meta tags section.

Actual behavior

I cannot distinguish the difference between the general and Twitter descriptions.

How to reproduce

Add a meta tag

Also, it would be great if I could select multiple of these at the same time. Not sure if there's a shortcut but it would be helpful to not have to reopen the popup multiple times
