In that case, it could be the mail server that is the problem.
Please show a screen shot of the mail server as in
Try port 80.
and also try smtpout.secureserver.net

What do you mean it doesnโt load?
Was talking about changing the host in your setup mailer and the port to 25, 80, 3535 as i read that in a godaddy forum:

Not in the Americas though, BTW.
