Can I be able to import a PHP website in wappler and make custom edit in the project when
It was built in Laravel framework or codeIngniter frame work.

No, you can’t, Wappler uses an entirely different framework

But does that mean I cant use any pre made source code and I customize it for my projects in wappler such as those bought from evanto or any other project code vendor
?

You could buy HTML templates, and with some work you could use in Wappler, but you can’t buy already made PHP websites and bring them to Wappler
