Great guide written by Anthropic which really helps to get your head around AI Agents. We followed the principles outlined in this document to create our company MCP pipelines and all other types of crazy services we now use on a daily basis. Our only real concern right now is we have some wonderful staff and they are finding themselves with very little to do... Which may lead to a regrettable situation in the very near future. Sadly business is business and I see this becoming an ever more common issue as companies adopt such philosophies in to their operations. However that is not the point of sharing this but it is a consequence of implementing such technologies in to the work-place...
