Bug Report - _processSubTables is not a function on database insert edit with subtables

Problem description

Following this tutorial I created a form with a repeater to create subtable entries.
On trying to open the database insert options I get this error:

_processSubTables is not a function

I’m also have the same issue with queries for a main table and corresponding subtables. These same queries worked prior to 4.8.3. I’m using Postgres.
