Problem description

My Buttons do not appear to execute any actions.
The title on the Button does not match the Button ID

Steps to reproduce

  1. follow workflow File Management > Uploading Single File to Server
  2. at step 8 of 37, this is where my experience begins to diverge from the workflow.
    3.The button type is 'Submit, The title displayed is ‘Button’ but the button ID is ‘Upload’
  3. Open in a browser.
  4. select a file for upload
  5. press button and nothing happens. The file is not uploaded and no notifications are received.

The ID and Title are not really something that affect the form submission. Probably there's some serverside error. Please check the following tutorial and see what's the error returned:
