Problem description
when using summernote editor , using the insert text function, it doesn’t show any properties, the only way to correct this is to delete it and insert it as a new funtion
Steps to reproduce

using summernote

click on Action to bring up the editor window

Highlight the editor1.inserttext and it doesnt bring up any properties which means you cant edit. The only way to resolve is to add a new insert text function and delete the old one.
