Problem description

Unable to change server model from none to PHP

Steps to reproduce

1.Set up a site with no server model
2.Go to project options and try to change to a new Server model
3. Click save, Yes to accept change, and nothing happens.

Actually - this is the same on 4.9.1 so I suspect not a bug and that you cannot change server models on a project once created.
