Bootstrap not working

Can someone help me trying to fix this problem, this is how it looks in wappler but on a regular browser looks like the bootstrap it’s not working. I have tried different ways to troubleshoot and nothing has worked so far.

I will appreciate a little hand on this one.!

It looks that you are trying to run a content page without a layout page assigned to it in your browser.
You need to select a layout for your content page in order to preview it correctly in the browser.
