Best approach to update table data in "real time"

Hello Wappler,

I need to update my table data for all users who are in particular page without users hitting F5. It may be “in real time” or with some custom timer - call server connect action each X seconds.
I’m currently in the middle of investigation which approach should I select: try to use WebSocets (Building a Real Time Chat Application) or there is some alternative way?
