My Docker is no longer starting and others appear to be having the same issue as well. I would recommend delaying an upgrade until later.

4.16.2 supposedly fixes the error, but I still had issues. I managed to figure out the problem though and posted my fix here: https://github.com/docker/for-win/issues/13165#issuecomment-1404095797.
