Im seeing a huge amount of content here that's being bumped by the server, despite it being years out of date.
Is there any way we can have this throttled please? It makes finding relevant new threads a bit tedious and time wasting.

They are being bumped as a way of reviewing and filtering out old content. If you look, most is closed and archived by Teodor so will never be seen again.
