App connect extensions on mobile projects

Would love to be able to use app connect custom extensions in a mobile app project.

I’m looking to create a custom App Connect extension of a browser-based npm package to use in App Flows.

Are we able to create custom App Connect actions for App Flows in Capacitor projects?

The documentation is not the easiest to follow and what I’ve attempted so far doesn’t appear to work, so before I spend more time investigating can anyone confirm if we are able to create custom App Connect actions (e.g. Base64URL decode action) for App Flows in Capacitor projects?
