I’d really like to have another look at this product.
Is there a way that I can create a form where the next question is conditional on the input and also that any input into forms and perform calculations?
I’ve recently had a bad experience where I invested a lot of time and funds into a product to be left hanging high and dry with poor support, online responses - even one word responses. As a result I had to pull the product.
I need something with strong support that just do not say - read the guidance. I need more than that - for example I have no idea about SQL so if I am to put my everything into this, what can I expect in terms of support and guidance, tips etc in order to develop. I am a total newbie and have already had my fingers burnt.
In essence I need to learn the following for a webapp
How to lookup from different datasources - i.e. Google Sheets
Read the data and output to a table with some calculations added
Have a slider for realtime input
Make recommendations based on responses - so some fantastic logic behind the scenes
Save all this work to an account
Allow a user to make decisions based on the input with the business intelligence sitting behind it.
Does that make sense. I’m happy to invest if I can get get support.
There are all the tools you can do in the wappler. however, what you are saying may be a bit too much for the beginner level. But this will be the starting point for you, and I believe you can do what you think soon. Community and team support is always there. all you have to do is to clearly explain the problem you are experiencing. a lot of people will help.
Also: wappler users we define wappler as game changer. We would like you to experience that this is the reason. Start and see
**these are not complicated tasks for wappler users **
If you are still behind the diet app I can say to you it’s possible to build it with Wappler. It is even easier now due to the amount of features added since you last asked.
But there is a slight difference between product support and build the app for me. Wappler team provides product support and best effort to try to set you on the right path.
But they don’t have time to build the app for you bit by bit. For that you have to rely on the community and learning.
Maybe you could even hire a mentor here. There might be some Wapplers that would be keen to get 1 on 1 with you for a fee.
I would also suggest finding a couple of key courses on Udemy that you get on sale for $12.
While there is nothing specific for Wappler, I have found it useful to take some courses to get some fundamental knowledge (as I knew about nothing web development 6 months ago, but am now building what will be an enterprise grade B2B SAAS application).
Courses on SQL are plentiful, but you might find things on Bootstrap quite useful as it’s the foundation a lot of Wappler is built on.
