Allowing a crowd sourcing Translation feature for Wappler UI

Allowing a displayable Translated version of Wappler in few European languages, FR , SP, PORT…could be translated by “coders/users” themselves and once 100% completed become a 2nd displayable language for all…

Docs could follow although Google is doing a quite good work.

Frankly, this is the first time I am a novice, and I saw that you said that you would add translations a few years ago, but I could n’t find where to translate at all.
