Allow Deactivate tooltip on html tags in Code View

Hi,
In Code View on mouse over html tags:
Would be great if this kind of tooltip be optional activated from config area:
I don’t know how much people use this to be redirected on browser to see that info, but, at least in my case a lot of times it becomes annoying and I tends to opened unintentional.

You can turn hover off or add a longer delay in settings (bottom left cog)
