Alert when file didn't upload

Would it be possible to get an error popup when a file fails to load? I get a green “Action File Saved Successfully” message, which is correct as the file saved locally but there’s no indication if I have the output panel closed that the upload failed.

This seems to be happening now. Not sure if it was just not happening for me for some reason, or if it was added.
