AI produces Unknown Action - Exec Action

Problem description

../auth/check_admin.php doesn't exist resulting in Unknown Action. Maybe check for the file first before adding the step or add a comment so no need to open the code editor to troubleshoot.

This is now very common but very useful when using AI. It would be great if instead of Unknown Action, there was a label. In this case it would be Restrict using the name value.

it is a side effect of the lack of a hjson definition file. AI really fails on an epic basis with them currently

i sometime get this in 6.8 ... only happens when i close wappler... and then repopen it up and a server connection is open... all i do is.. dont touch or save the server connection then... just close wappler.. and restart it.. then it picks it up again... using php.. its random... not all the time.. but when it happens again.. ill sure to make a screenshot....

We will add more checks to the library exec action so that the AI use only existing paths.

We already have done this for example for the security providers and other global modules, check that they should exists first.

as said.. when i get it .. ill give a screenshot..
ver 6.8 php (Yes i know i need to update Wappler... but this is just to try help isolate why its happening )
then i just restart wappler... refresh the "server" connects.... and then all good again :slight_smile: its very random .. sometimes it works without any issues for weeks.. and then it happens.. so i dont have a pattern on why or how.. :frowning: sorry...

I too get this on v7.1.2. I am on a slow laptop so it might be a speeding/loading issue. Reloading the server connect file without restarting Wappler fixes the issue.

This bug is about AI referencing non-existing paths in its code generation.

This seems like a different issue. Is the security provider file really present? And also it should be defined as global module and not included as step

Yup it is.. i use it all the time.. as sometimes it shows up... and other times it wont.. then i just quite wappler.. restart is.. and refresh then they all there again... but im on 6.8 will update at a later stage. im managing as its now.. but just wanted to show what happends... as its very random......

@George as you see its looking for security.php file... but i dont have such a file.. and the page uses OnSiteUsers.php .... and that is in that folder.... but a simple restart and refresh shows all the SecurityProviders modules again... its not like they are all missing.. so with this one.. will not show in the globals .. in the UI but will show in the folder... hence when i restart and refresh it brings it up... guess its just my installation :slight_smile:
