I am creating a risk log in a dynamic table and would like to add a colour to a cell as set from a record field, is this possible in Wappler?

Yes, that’s possible thanks to dynamic attributes. Check this part of our docs: Dynamic Attributes -> just scroll down where it explains abut dynamic class.
Or if you don’t want to use classes you can use the dynamic attributes > style to directly add any css style.
