Adding a subdomain

Hi,

I created a subdomain for testing purposes. Is it alright to just add new target inside the same project with my live site, or create a separate project?

Will the testing sub-domain have the same site showing but with changes for testing? I would just add it as another target and publish there. Then, when you’re happy it can go live, switch back to the live target and publish again.
