Add icon link/shortcut key to scroll to dynamic attributes section

Currently, you have to click the scrollbar and scroll down about 3/4 to get to the vicinity of the dynamic attributes section. If miss, then you have to adjust up/down accordingly. Please consider adding an icon in the Properties area and/or shortcut key to scroll to the dynamic attributes section.

You use attributes more often… I use events more often.
What would be better is a tabbed UI here for different categories, in my opinion.
@George any plans around a simpler UI here in pipeline?
