Add custom functions to design view text tooltip menu

I’ve neglected so much design view that I realized that for some extensions I need to make them design view friendly so plebs find them easy to use.

How about being able to add quick formatter icons here for certain extensions?

In case of the translation extension it would be a time saver to be able to add it there so people can select text and apply the translation function in two clicks.

This would need to be addressed first as right now you can’t apply formatters to a static string from the UI:
