I am new to this. I was wondering if this is suitable for real estate with 30 000 brokers, 250 000 properties and 50million monthly page view?

I don’t see any reason you couldn’t build that providing your hosting environment can handle it.
50 million page views? Seriously? Who are you AirBNB? Sorry for my skepticism and I do not wish to be rude but something doesn’t sound right to me, forgive me if I am wrong! What is the name of your website as we are a Global Real-Estate service provider and would be interested in knowing more…? That’s Enterprise scale, something which is rarely developed within a single piece of software… I’ve been apart of such developments in the past and am surprised you are here asking the above questions? As I said pardon my skepticism…
